Welcome to The One Podcast, I am super excited about Season two!

The One Podcast is for anyone wanting to love themselves and others in the maximum amount possible. That’s it. That’s the podcast.

How to get that love when burning hot knives have been plunged into your heart in your past, makes it trickier. The Fear says absolutely not. The Best version of you says hell yeah, let’s love.

Negotiating that, is the podcast.

What is different from season one to season 2?

Season 1 was a dating podcast, speaking mostly to women.

I have spent a year in community, a little quieter, and a lot more listening. 

What I have found is that everyone deeply wants to love and be loved as their true selves.

Very few people know how to go about that. 

I hear a lot of people offering advice that sounds like “Do what I did and you will get the thing!”

That’s not this podcast.

This podcast is a cultivation of curiousity.

“What do you want?”

“How would your life change if you got it?”

“What are you willing to do to get it?”

Some people are resistant to doing the raw inner work because it feels like a journey that is either to heavy, or not doable in this lifetime. 

What if it were simpler than that?

What if it were fun?

What if you get to live a juicy, turned on life and its an absolute  blast?

What if you knew. how to get clarity when inevitable hard times happen?

Let’s talk about it here.  I will keep the 15 minute solo episodes, and I will have guests to keep that a curiosity rolling.
